How long does it take my order to ship?
My team is small (but feisty), so be a real cool cat and give us about a week to fulfill your order. Apparel orders may take longer these days as the suppliers have had to make adjustments in production due to COVID-19. My team monitors all orders closely and will be in touch with status updates as we have them.
When will I receive my order?
Once you are emailed your shipping confirmation, standard USPS shipping arrives within 10-14 business days. But keep in mind Linda down the street from you might steal your mail again, and she almost NEVER gives me advance notice.
If I order multiple items, will they all be shipped together?
Products sometimes ship from different locations (the team is small but not all in the same place!) and so may arrive on different days. You should receive separate shipping notifications for each shipment.
Why is my delivery delayed?
We always attempt to ship orders as quickly as possible, but delays beyond our control sometimes occur. Please contact email@example.com with any questions.
Weather, natural disasters, Linda's gin-fueled neighborhood shenanigans, and other events beyond our control may affect shipping and delivery times. If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay, please add at least 2 to 3 business days to the estimated delivery date of your order.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we can't provide refunds in every situation, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll work something out. Here are the general rules on returns:
- Items may be returned within 30 days of the ship date for a refund.
- A refund will be issued for the price of the item once it's been checked-in and processed. Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable.
- Returned merchandise must be in new condition with its original packing and accessories intact or it may be subject to a restocking fee. If you are returning a product listed below, please check to make sure your return meets the conditions described.
- Music must be unopened.
- Clothing & apparel must be unworn & unwashed.
- No personalized items may be returned.
For your protection, please send your return prepaid via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as UPS. Please be sure to keep your receipt. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent by a non-trackable method.
Credits are processed upon confirmation of the return. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Can I cancel my order?
Once orders have been processed for shipment, our hands are tied -- those orders cannot be canceled. We recommend that upon receipt of your order that you contact email@example.com for a return authorization and return your order for a full refund.
